An important part of the success of training is measurement of the implementation of the skills and philosophies learned. We work closely with our client's management to agree on a certain suitable method of evaluating the usage and application of the desired skills and behaviors and competencies before delivery takes place. This will allow Cornerstone the opportunity to recommend suitable strategies upon reaching delivery. One of the methods we find our clients always in favor of, is the filling of action plans that allow participants to connect personally to what skills they like to adapt and by when and how, explaining if there are any other anticipated challenges that can be a possible obstacle.
