Over the last few years most businesses have had to deal with fundamental problems of productivity of managers and staff. In many companies, the number of employees has reduced significantly but the amount of work has increased. Couple this with pressure on profitability, increases in business competition and public pressure and we have the basic problem ? how can we ensure more work is completed with our current level of employees?
In this program participants will be exposed to the twelve categories of time management and will be able to assess their own time management habits. At the end of the program, action plans will be devised in order to identify the critical time management categories which will make maximum impact on their performance.
